On Friday 10th April 2026, we had another inspiring (and honestly very practical) mentorship session with Suzanne van Duin from De Ploeg
One thing became clear again: having knowledge and experience doesn’t automatically make you an effective mentor.
Effective mentoring is about:
- Understanding your mentee and the situation that brings you together.
- Knowing which approach/style to use
- Understanding when to step in (and when not to)
- Helping someone grow without taking over
We’re still learning, improving, and challenging ourselves at CAN.
